Project 2
INSTRUCTION
Project 2: Pitch Bible
After we finished our story ideas developed for Project 1, we were required to
produce a pitch bible for a short animation. In this project, we had to
prepare a slide presentation which required a few contents.
Contents:
1. Cover page with title and name
2. Logline
3. Product Specifications:
- Genre
- Target audience
- Duration
- Technique
4. Synopsis
5. Theme: Friendship, Good vs Evil,
6. Character Description
- Character image
- Short description
7. World
Progression:
I created a document to put in the required information.
After arranging the information, I began to find some ideas to design my
presentation slides.

I took the above slides' designs as references and started my
sketches.

But before sketching out, I also found some images that I needed to put in
my slides. Since the story was about a fairy, I wanted to design it like a
fairytale storybook with flowers as decorations.

I sketched out the composition of images and text on each slide.

Firstly was the cover page, I applied a character that I designed in
Animation Fundamental class, followed by a bunch of flowers as the
background.

This was a slide which I could use to put in titles. I added a border in the
middle to place the title.

Then, I also drew a flower border and this slide's design was to put in a
short paragraph.

In the content, there was a part about product specification, so I added
four small sections to put in the text.

This was the synopsis slides, as in the previous slides I didn't apply any
protagonist images, so I chose a character that I drew in the Animation
Fundamental class, which was the character sitting on a mushroom, and I
added a few at the back.

In the world description part, I decided to draw some small houses that
related to the story as a background.
Slides:
Finishing the design, I added the text to the slides. The font for titles was Satisfy Font, and the description text was using Caveat Font.
Lastly was to record my presentation in Zoom.
